Planned and built a B2B acquisition landing page

A Germany-wide rental chain was looking to expand to neighbouring European markets and, for this, needed a landing page as the central funnel for franchisee acquisition efforts through email, adverts, and others.

I built an AI-powered, AI-assisted landing page generator, which is fed with all the basic information required and important on such a landing page and which generates A/B testing versions with various features.

The beauty of the system is that various landing pages or various target markets can be generated in an instant. The number of hours required for building this system and solutions is far under what would have been necessary to build each landing page by hand.

Emergency service for web sites

With many decades of experience under my belt, both building web platforms as well as fixing them and administering them, I decided to start offering this specialist knowledge. It is a packaged on-demand service called Web Mechanic.

The service operates around the world and is available to website owners and operators who are in need of specialist troubleshooting, bug hunting, or emergency admin work, like solving problems with domain registrars or hosting providers, doing emergency backups or other tasks.

The website is WordPress powered with a very rapidly vibe coded theme.

Autónomotools is an upcoming web platform that I am developing based on Laravel 13 and Filament.

What is it?

The Spanish self-employment system is famously hard to navigate. Even locals routinely use professional help.

At the same time, that professional help can be of… varying quality. Some advisors have no interest in empowering their clients to understand the system and make their own decisions. Others simply don't have the time budgeted in to explain anything beyond the very basics. And some are simply incompetent.

Booking portal form CRO redesign

I updated a rental chain's online booking form which, already a decade old, was showing a large number of form fields one after another.

I broke the form up into a multi-page wizard, which, with its large UI components and clear layout, makes it easier to follow the booking process. Also, the overall process feels much faster, dissuading users from bailing out in the middle of the process.

The results were fantastic — conversions (the number of form submissions after opening) rose by 33% and have stayed at that level ever since.
